PluginSilo Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Digital Product Policy (Plugins & SaaS)
Due to the nature of digital goods, which are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be “returned,” we generally do not offer refunds once a plugin has been downloaded or a SaaS account has been accessed.
However, we want you to be 100% satisfied. We offer a 14-day “Technical Guarantee”:
Eligibility: If the software fails to function as advertised on your server and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 72 hours of being notified, a full refund will be issued.
Ineligibility: Refunds will not be granted for “change of mind,” lack of specific features not listed on our sales page, or conflicts caused by third-party software/plugins not developed by PluginSilo.
2. Services Policy
For custom development or setup services:
Pre-Work: A full refund is available if requested before any work has commenced.
In-Progress: If work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed (determined at our sole discretion).
Completed Work: Once a service is delivered and signed off, no refunds will be issued.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your PluginSilo Account Dashboard.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the software/service until the end of your current billing cycle.
No partial refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under our Technical Guarantee, please email support@pluginsilo.com with:
Your Order ID.
A detailed description of the technical issue.
Screenshots of the error or access to the environment where the issue is occurring.
